Bracy Hall, Mount Union College

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

This is being provided to you as a thank you for the fine relationship that has been built over the last several years between Mount Union College and Hammond Construction. Recently, your firm completed our newest building on campus, Bracy Hall, an 86,000+ square-foot science facility that is quickly becoming a beacon on our campus. We truly believe your firm’s commitment to the budget and completing the building on schedule was instrumental to our success and we wish to thank you for your efforts.

Since 1995, Hammond has served Mount Union College in many capacities, providing design-build, general contractor, and construction manager services on many key building projects on our campus. Over that period of time, together we have added over 350,000 square feet of buildings, including the completion of two new residence halls, an addition to our campus center, a chapel, a physical education center, a library/academic facility, a President’s Home, and the aforementioned science facility.

Hammond’s involvement with us from the beginning of many of these projects, working with the various architects throughout the design phase, developing budgets and schedules to meet our needs, recommending value engineering suggestions, and providing competitive bidding to subcontractors has allowed us to maximize our value on each project. The firm has consistently completed our projects with minimal interruptions to our day-to-day operations and within the desired time frame and budget expectations. The results have provided the institution with quality-built facilities that we are very proud of.

To conclude, I would like to thank you and your staff once again and would be pleased to recommend Hammond to others who may be considering any construction needs in their future.
