Green Building
A growing number of our clients are turning to
Hammond for guidance on how to integrate
environmentally sound building processes and
systems into their projects. We are a member
of the United States Green Building Council
(USGBC) and a number of Hammond’s
Construction Management Staff are LEED
Accredited Professionals. This accreditation is
earned by demonstrating a thorough
understanding of green building practices and
principles, and familiarity with LEED
requirements, resources and processes.
As part of our pre-construction services, we can
make design recommendations to optimize
building performance, reduce operational costs,
create a healthier environment and reduce the
facility’s environmental impact on the
surrounding community. Hammond has the
talent and desire to preserve the environment
while providing the greatest long-term value to
our clients.
