Construction Project Manager
Seeking industrious, proven project manager. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience successfully managing multi-million dollar CM projects. Must possess excellent communication skills. Candidate should have experience with Primavera Suretrak and Expedition software programs (or equivalent). OSFC-project experience a plus.
Project manager is responsible for budget compliance, owner and architect relations, management of contractors, timely completion and quality control.

Estimator
Looking for diligent, detail-oriented estimator with a minimum of 5 years experience estimating for multi-million dollar CM projects. Outstanding candidate will have experience in K-12 school and health care facility construction; SD, DD, & CD estimates; spreadsheet and Timberline estimating software.
